WHO WE ARE

We are Vendda ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology company registered in Nigeria. Vendda operates an online platform and provides services aimed at helping businesses create personalized storefronts, manage stores efficiently, and access valuable analytics.

USE OF THE SERVICES

By using Vendda’s services, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws in Nigeria, including, but not limited to, the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), Cybercrimes Act and other regulations.

Prohibited Activities:

  1. Unauthorized Data Collection: Do not systematically retrieve or copy data or other content from Vendda’s services for any purpose, including compiling databases or directories, without our express written permission.
  2. Spamming & Unauthorized Access: You may not collect user details or send unsolicited communications, create fake accounts, or impersonate other users to access information unlawfully.
  3. Interference with Security: Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with security measures in the platform is strictly prohibited.
  4. Deceptive Behavior: You must not mislead Vendda or other users, especially when attempting to access sensitive account information like passwords.
  5. Automated Tools: Engaging in automated activities such as using bots, data mining tools, or scripts to interact with the platform without our permission is prohibited.
  6. Harmful Behavior: Any form of harassment, threats, or intimidation directed at Vendda staff, agents, or other users is forbidden.
  7. Fraudulent Use: Do not use Vendda's platform or content for unauthorized commercial endeavors, or in competition with us.
